Processing and Delivery Times

Processing: Orders are prepared and shipped from Monday to Friday. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for processing.

All shipping costs are calculated automatically at Checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination.

FREE Standard Shipping on orders over 100 €.

Tracking and Delivery Issues
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery Issues : If you notice an unusual delay or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@sumni.fr or via our "Contact Us" tab.

For damaged items: You have 48 hours after delivery to notify us. Please include photos of the packaging and the item.

For delays: We will contact the carrier to investigate the status of your parcel and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

2. RETURN & REFUND
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. After this period, or if the package is not shipped within these 14 days, the return will not be accepted, and the return label will no longer be generated.
REFUND TERMS (VOUCHER)
Please note that Sumní does not offer monetary refunds.

All validated returns will result in a Voucher for the amount of the returned item.

This credit is valid across our entire online store.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. To simplify your experience, we provide a prepaid shipping label.
Important: A flat fee of 7€ will be automatically deducted from your Voucher to cover the return shipping and handling.
RETURN PROCEDURE
To initiate a return, you must make the request before the end of the 14-day period:

By Email: Send your request to contact@sumni.fr, specifying your order number.
ITEM CONDITION AND BRAND TAG
Each Sumní piece is shipped with a specific brand tag attached to the garment.

For the return to be accepted, this tag must be present and intact on the item.

The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and without any odor.

Any item that does not meet these conditions (cut tag, damaged or odorous garment) will be rejected.
PROCESSING TIME
Once your package is received and inspected by our team, your Voucherwill be sent to you by email within a maximum of 4 days.
